Fusion360 license not activating

okay so I bought Fusion360 and machining extension for it. The problem is that neither one of them are activated at the application. I've tried to contact the support but they just opened a ticket and couldn't help me. I'm helpless here because past 3 hours I have looked this up without any progress.

Good day @jaska_salakari,

 

Please log into User Management and confirm that both Fusion 360 and the Machining extension are available.

 

Next, verify that both of the licenses have been assigned to your user profile - All Products.

 

This should show you where the problem is.
