Fusion360 Licence Resellers?

I was wondering if the websites re-selling Fusion360 licences are legal and recognised by AutoDesk?

 

Places like eCrater or KeyForrest. I won't link directly unless asked.

Sorry one other question. Does Fusion360 offer any perpetual life-time licences? SolidWorks do, I just had a quote and I'm more comfortable paying a lump up-front than every year.
