Fusion360 Lagging on Macbook Pro M1

Hi, I'm having serious lagging issues when rendering tool paths in the Manufacture Workspace. This is happening when trying to generate tool paths for 3D CNC relief carving of stl files. It's not just while generating these tool paths but every activity while in this workspace. The simplest of commands are lagging constantly (ie:- pan and scroll). I have the latest Macbook Pro M1 running Monterey 12.3.1 (W/Rosetta 2), I've reduced all the graphics setting as per other suggestions within this forum and still no change..... It's basically become unusable !!

[GPU Information]
GPU Device: Apple M1 Pro
GPU RAM: 10922 MB
GPU Driver API: OpenGL Core Profile

[Graphics Effects Settings]
Use high-resolution graphics: Off
Anti Aliasing: Off
Ambient Occlusion: Off
Object Shadow: Off
Ground Shadow: Off
Ground Reflection: Off
Selection Display Style: Simple
Transparency Effect: Better Performance

[Limit effects to optimize performance]
On

ANY and ALL help would be greatly appreciated before I toss this expensive laptop into the adjacent brick wall !!

Hi, @big.mick110 ,

I really apologize for the slow down you are experiencing. This is not great at all and can only imagine that must be very frustrating.

Ok so first things first, are you able to send over the data you have been working on ? e.g. *.F3D file - We obviously want to try reproduce this on a MacBook Pro to make sure we can reproduce it and isolate the offending bit of code responsible for the slow down.

Second question, when you change workspaces after being in the Manufacturing workspace, does the slow down still occur or does the program start responding as per-normal again ?

Look forward to hearing from you

Kieran
