Fusion360 is not working anymore

When I open fusion it bugs and it doesn't work.

@cianfano_1907959 to clarify, when you launch Fusion are you saying that it just hangs or noting happens when you launch? Are you on windows or Mac? Can you attach an image of any errors that you see?

hello, it is a mac, also today I tried to download and than re-download
Fusion and after I do my access it stops like this:

@cianfano_1907959 There are no attachments. It would be good to also get logs from this machine:

1. Go to launch pad
2. Run Fusion service utility
3.Gather system info
4. Attach the Fusiondiagnosticlogs.zip file
