Fusion360 does not close cleanly

When I close Fusion recently I get the browser remaining behind on the desktop and cannot remove it without restarting.

This is a Fusion360 issue not a Windows or graphic card issue because it is fully interactive. I can expand and collapse items also.

Thanks,

@Kzinty does this happen when closing Fusion in all workspaces, or just Manufacture?

Sorry I didn't do any testing. It is caused by a corrupt file I think. I tried a different file and no issues.

In this file:

In this file it leave behind the manufacturing browser even when I am in Design mode. I also went back 3 versions and found similar results but the file functions much better.

I just noticed something odd on this file.

Check out the 2 browsers. One is reflecting the actual state of design mode and the manufacturing mode is in the other but it does not impact the graphics window. When I switch to manufacturing the outside browser still does nothing essentially. Also not the View toolbar at the bottom is also outside the normal window.

@Kzinty unfortunately I am not able to reproduce the issue with that file. Does it happen on any other devices? Would you be able to provide steps to reproduce, or a recording of the process as it unfolds?

In the meantime, you may want to check if there are any additional addins running (beyond the samples included with Fusion 360) and try disabling or updating any that you have installed.

Under the Help menu there is also an option to clear caches and restart Fusion 360 - this couldn't hurt to try, either. Worst case, it may be worth reinstalling or even clean uninstalling if the issue persists.
