Your log file mentions a few missing files in your Windows Register. What I would do is to go to your Autodesk Account and as this article suggests download the Fusion 360 Installer Streamer. Once downloaded, make sure you administrator rights, disable your Anti-Virus temporarily, make sure you are not running Fusion 360 and run the streamer. DO NOT UNINSTALL your current Fusion 360 installation and let the streamer install missing files and update it at the same time.
