Fusion wont start

For the last (2) days fusion has only been able to go into offline mode and said that maintenance was being done. I uninstalled and reinstalled fusion and now I get the attached screens.

Have you changed your email address in your Fusion account lately?

 

I notice your term has expired. Were you working "offline" for a long period of time?

 

Did you try the clean-uninstall steps found here?

It turned out to be a screen accountability software that I had interfering with Fusion. I uninstalled it and Fusion works now. Thank you for the reply.
