Fusion wont start "Qt5Core_Ad_5_12.dll not found"

I keep getting an error that says " Qt5Core_Ad_5_12.dll not found can't start"

I tried to uninstall but it would not let me do that either. This is seriously the most flaky software I have ever used. It crashes pretty much daily???

Any idea how to fix this? Or simply download this file somewhere and put it in the right folder? Please help

You can try to add the file to your system but it is a tricky path.  I am reporting the process, to place the file, on a Windows 10 system.  If you are using a MAC, this will not be correct so stop here and use the other method below.  First of all one of the folders in the path is typically a hidden folder, you will have to change that setting first.  The second tricky part is that it must be placed in the "latest" folder at the end of the path below.  I listed my path but it depending on the version of Fusion 360 on your system, it may be different.  If you organize your folder structure by date, you will find the latest folder.  The path is: C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\a86b1e861af1608f41e2e5ec25336d404338c9db

The file, you said was missing is attached as a zip file below.

I think the best method is to follow the website article linked here.

Thanks John. I ended up getting it to uninstall which took a few tries. I reinstalled and all is good. Thanks for the quick response.
