Fusion won't start when internet is on - after moving files via the web interface

Hi

I moved several files around to new projects via the online  web interface. This worked fine. After re-opening Fusion 360, it opened, but just bombed out on me with no error report option. I found a post that suggested to go offline (flight mode) and restart Fusion. Then I had to close my projects (I think that applies to the free account limits only, - I still have my student account, so it does not apply.) Anyway, I were able to work offline after following the advice. I thought things will be updated correctly, but that did no happen. I still can't work online. Sadly, I am unable to find the original post, so it may be very well that it was in another social media I read it! Apologies if there is a post about the issue.

Summing up: Right now, I can go into flight mode, start Fusion Student edition) and it works. (But I need internet...) so when I go back online, Fusion dies silently in the background, no option to send an error report. I can replicate this issue every time.

@Jacques_Bayman Not sure what could be happening but you can try a clean uninstall and then an Install of Fusion 360 to see what could be happening. Does not sound like a graphics issue at this time but see if there are any graphics driver update that you can try. Another thing to try is to see if there are any pending Windows update.

I can try an uninstall, but don't think that is the issue. I can now get Fusion to start in flight mode, then after it opening, I turn off airplane mode, wait for WiFi to come up and then switch over to online mode. All my files then update as it should, and I have the same order of files and projects as I changed it to online. It works normally as far as I can tell, but I did get a notice yesterday that an update failed to install. I got the log as well if that will be helpfull. Restarting Fusion while online, Fusion appears to load normally, i.e all screens etc are there. Then after about 15 to 20 seconds, it just closes. Starting offline, solves it every time.

This is what "About" says,

"About says I have 2.0.10813 but online it appears to be 2.0.10940 today. Job status say Fusion is updating, an it died at about 10%. Now of course it won't stay open anymore. I will check a clean install today.

I'm accepting the solution now. I uninstalled Fusion, then re-installed. So far so good. Only issue I have is that other programs seems to be rather slow when I run Fusion as well, but I cannot tell if the other program is the issue! LOL! I'll let you know if this continues. Right now, my laptop is asking for a reboot...
