Fusion won't solve any simulation

My Fusion 360 won't solve any of my simulations. It was working fine about two weeks ago but then the problem started. It gets to 1% on all my simulations and then stops. I've left it to run for 8 hours several times and there has been no change. I've uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and tried it on several different devices but nothing changes. Any help with this would be much appreciated as this is effecting my degree.

Thank you for providing the info. I can confirm there's a stuck job for your account, and a ticket is now logged with the services team for resolution.

Hi, I am also having stuck jobs at 1%. Is there something that happens on my end that causes this and if so how can it be prevented?

Hi @22207854,

 

Thank you for providing the log files. I see there's one running job, and two stuck jobs. I've filed a ticket ACP-178 to get this fixed up.

Your job queue should be back to normal now. Could you try sending a new solve, and let us know if you are still seeing any issue?

Hi @terje_berset,

I appreciate you letting us know quickly. I'll engage back on the support team ticket with the new info.

 

Edit: The back-end shows no stuck jobs for your account, they are now marked as Failed. Could you email new log files to me? Please send a job, while it is stuck  export the Diagnostic files from the Help pull-down.
