I turned off wifi on my laptop and Fusion stalls at loading the data panel. I thought working offline was supported?

Macosx 10.15.7

Edit: after 8 minutes and the data panel flashing on and off the app finally opened. Hope it’s not expected behavior...

@Claus_J Certainly should not be taking 8 mins. One clarifying question. I assume you turned off the internet and then launched Fusion? Did Fusion launch correctly and loading of the data panel that took 8 mins? I want to understand since you mentioned it won't open ,if the issue is launching Fusion or accessing the data panel. (Either one should not be a problem but each could mean different issues).

I took my laptop offline, then launched Fusion. The app started drawing the interface but seemed to be stuck with the data panel. I rebooted the computer and the same happened. This time I gave it time. After some minutes the data panel showed my files, then they disappeared for some minutes, then reappeared. All the time this spinning beachball which indicate MacOs activity as far as I know. After 8 minutes I could start working.

After reporting I took the laptop online, worked on a file and saved it. Then I took the laptop offline again to test the relaunch of Fusion which was normal this time. After this I can’t repeat the malfunction. I guess the ketchup is out of the bottle...
