Fusion won't load?

I have never had an issue with Fusion over the past 5 years. I suddenly can't get fusion to load.

I was uploading some large files this afternoon and it froze. Haven't been able to get fusion to load at all since.

I've done fusion360 cleaner and reinstalled fusion, no luck. I have followed all of the suggestions in this post, is there something I am missing or are other people having a problem right now and I just need to wait it out? or is it my computer????

My windows 10 is up to date. Just checked.

Hi,

try this:

1. create a new Win User account > avoid special characters

2. install Fusion and start it with your "old" Fusion account.

That seemed to work. This obviously isn't a practical solution as I would
prefer to work in my normal windows user account.

What is the root cause of the issue?
