Hello!

Yes, another one of these offline posts. I've searched the forum and tried various methods, clean uninstalled several times, deleting different files to reset the log-in etc. but so far, nothing has been working. I cannot seem to download a diagnostic log file since Fusion only loads and will quit, so I don't have access to the menu/buttons. Help me troubleshoot please!

Screenshots below: (First loads into this screen and then tries to connect online but fails and Fusion quits).

Thank you in advance!!

Hi @chu.bernice ,

If you could launch the Service Utility mode, the log files can be collected as described here: How to manually collect diagnostic log files for Fusion 360 | Fusion 360 | Autodesk Knowledge Networ...

If that doesn't work, you have to manually collect the log files:

1. Application log files: C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs\{there should be some .log files}

2. Web service log file: C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\Log\WebServices.log

3. Installation log file: C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log

Good luck!
