Fusion will only launch when disconnected from the internet

Hello everyone!

I've been using Fusion for over a year without any issues, but I recently ran the latest windows updates, and now Fusion hangs on launch unless I am completely disconnected from the internet. I'll attach a few logs for examination.

So, just to bump this issue, if I turn off wifi and launch Fusion, it boots right up and says I am working in offline mode. If I turn on wifi while Fusion is still running, it freezes. I tried connecting to a different network and the same issues happened. 

I've done both manual and automatic clean reinstalls, and tried deleting various items that have helped other people with connectivity issues, but to no avail. I'm not on a proxy, and my firewall is disabled. Not sure what else I can do. Any ideas out there?
