Fusion has stopped loading on my desktop

I have been using fusion earlier today and it was open on my desktop but minimised. Now i am unable to open it. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but i get the following at the task bar and no further.

@ibethel333 Can you please go into your registry \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Fusion360\ - And delete the Fusion 360. launch Fusion again and see if that works?

Do you have multiple monitors ?
Did you recently do a Windows update?

No- not resolved
I can now log in but Autodesk fusion 360 still puts up the flash screen and then goes down to the task bar and will not open.

@mikeRoth6KRV Can you post a couple of information that could help.

1. If there is a small video you can share of what is happening that would be very helpful
2. If you can take a screen grab of what reeky you deleted that would help
3. When Fusion is launching if you click on Ctrl+Shift you will get the Fusion service utility. Click on gather log files from there and please post the zip file that it generates.
4. In the Fusion service utility, please run the reset Fusion 360 and see if that helps.

@mikeRoth6KRV Thank you for the video. This helps understand the issue better.

With the reset you mentioned that the launch is not an issue any longer, right?

Regarding the crash, are you getting a crash report to submit to Autodesk? If so please do keep submitting them. I will search in our backend for crash reports from you to see what it happening there.
