fusion will not leave offline mode for days

fusion has recently been telling me that there is an unexpected outage on my device all my browser's work and online fusion still works but the fusion that i run will only work with cashed models and will not save to the cloud

I have tried restarting fusion and the computer. I have seen that people suggest logging out but that is not an option when in the offline that i am in.

i have just tried reinstalling fusion but that has not fixed the issue

fusion also tells me to check the health board to follow progress (nothing is wrong on the health board

@TigerWithAnF Can you please do the following? 

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the iservices.db file and then restart Fusion?
