The errors in the logs shows that this is a permission issue of a file already in use. Can you try a restart of your machine and then try the install?
Also, is this a machine where you previously had installed Fusion?

tried restart still same error. Yes, it was installed on this machine. ever since the last maintenance you guys did, I was stuck working offline. that's why the uninstall and reinstall attempt. finally got it to install by renaming Autodesk folder in appdata folder.
