Fusion is unable to complete an update on one of my machines.  Tried the restart procedure, but the problem is still persisting.

Attached is the log file.

Any help would be appreciated...hopefully it can be fixed without needing to contact my IT department!

This is the error that shows up in the log:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\\\\?\\C:\\Users\\c0021795\\AppData\\Local\\Autodesk\\webdeploy\\production\\d2d901e2ef5ae5c384b4ac001a48c4e37589dc43\\NASTRANSolver\\CER\\img\\Autodesk_logo_web.png'

I am trying to find out what exactly could cause this problem but in the interim here is a troubleshooting guide that you can try:

Thanks for the help...I am on a PC so troubleshooting was not relevant.

Please Let me know if you find anything!

The local Nastran solver seems to be causing the problem. We are not sure why at this time. We are running some tests internally but it is mostly going to come down to (unfortunately) uninstalling and re-installing Fusion to get you going.

Error that you cannot update? Are you on 2.0.8809? If yes that is the latest update. What kind of error are you seeing after a restart ?

Yes, it says that I am running the latest version of Fusion 2.0.8809

But I still see this dialog box in the UI

This is very interesting. Your help->About shows that you are on 2.0.8809 after the uninstall/Reinstall yet you see that you have a update pending. Can you please post the diagnostic logs from the link in this UI, please?

For now I think you are good to use the product, but it might be a problem for future updates. Hopefully the new logs will help.

Attached are the most recent logs.

Yes the program does function, with one problem.

Because it sees itself as being in the process of or needing an update, it has disabled my ability to download my custom materials.

The logs still shows this: Currently installed version for app 47458aa04dc04be2a184ca4322d75d74 is 2.0.8749

Your Fusion on your machine still things that you are on the previous version. The logs has more details that we will need to look into:

If you can do a couple of things for me:

1. Did you you NASTRAN solver recently on your machine? Do you remember removing this solver by any chance?

2. Also, can I please ask you to try to install once again but this time can you use this tool to uninstall?
