Fusion Team Error Message

I'm new to Fusion 360.  I just downloaded the educator's version and I can't save any of my work because I get the error message shown above.  Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. There were no files in the Q folder. There is also an 'F' folder that has the files in it. I deleted them along with the jobs.json and jobs.json.lck files in the p.login folder.
This is the message I keep getting.

I'm new to Fusion 360. Can I delete the program and try to download it again?
