Fusion Start up Problem

This morning I started up fusion....

All going well until the main screen opens it then hides the windows bar that normally resides at the top of the screen... This bars allows you to expand, move or shutdown fusion...

So i cant move fusion to my big screen or minimize to help load files etc or even shut it down withou going to the task manager...

Any ideas????

Another issue....a notification appeared for a very short blip but I caught it...
It said original functionality restored....this was after copying components that wasnt working. what is going on?
