Fusion's browser bleeds through current active window MacOS

I have a MacBook Pro running Catalina.

When I open another app say, Safari Fusion's browser bleeds through the open window.  See the screenshot.

It will go away if I make Fusion the active window and click the hide button.  This behavior was also present with Maverick.  Anybody else seen this?

Thanks for reporting. This is a well known issue for mac. At this time we are unable to fix it. If it bothers you, please just minimize Fusion 360 to the dock rather than putting other app windows on top of it.

This is marked as Solved, but it isn't solved. 4 years later this bug is still present.
