Fusion opening design/part as "v0" - makes the file uneditable

Any advice for this issue?

Noticed there are some parts or designs that are fully assembled and titled and can be open by other members of my team. However, when I open them it opens as a file titled v0 and then does not save any changes I make to it.

Thanks

Hi @thomasQSSM3

Is your F360 up to date?

Have you tried to log-out and log back in after PC restart? Have you tried to manually re-install F360?

Running latest version and full reinstall and restart has been attempted to resolve but no change

Please try to perform a manual uninstall.

Have you tried to log in from other devices?

My best guess would be to contact customer support as it is a really odd behavior.
