Hi @bpansire

I'm no expert on random crashes, but I can suggest that you try updating ng Fusion, and if this does not fix it, then updating your graphics card.

Try this, close Fusion, then launch the Fusion service utility, and reset Fusion 360:

More help here:

Check if this fixes the issue. If not, time to update your graphics card. To do this click on the "?" icon top right of Fusion, then follow the steps below.

Clicking the icon at step 4 will launch the website for your graphics card manufacturer, you will need to search for the correct driver. The details will be in dialogue, in my example, NVIDIA RTX, note the driver in this image is over a year old, so an update is a good idea. In my experience, Studio drivers are always better than gaming drivers.

Hope this helps.

cc: @jodom4 this might need someone else to try help

Hi @bpansire I don't see any crash reports sent in by you. Are you getting the crash report dialog that prompts you to send the information to ADSK? If so, please send those in.

Can you collect your log files and attach them here?

Thanks,

Karina
