Fusion LAGGGGG - CPU usage low, unresponsive

Not applicable

I keep running into a lag issue when selecting, copying, moving, etc. The models have many parts but are not incredibly complicated.

CPU is i7 2.7ghz peak 3.7ghz

Ram 32gb ddr4 2400mhz

AMD fire pro 2GB

When trying to copy the arrays pictured below Fusion becomes unresponsive, computes for a while and then restores functionality. Then when moving the selected components the process repeats.

Max thread count is about 140

Average CPU usage is about 13%

Is there something I'm missing here? Fusion is not making use of the assets available...

Steps that have been taken are...

Limit graphics performance

Turn off design history

Unlink components in the design tree

Run offline to limit network usage
