fusion keeps shutting down

Can anyone here look up my report that was sent to fusion 360 automatically when it shut down? Here is the number this morning 305322966. It done the same thing 2 times yesterday, and sent 2 reports then.

Hi,

The crash appears data related and workflow related. I'm glad to log a bug report for the crash, but I need a way to reproduce it. Can you possibly share the file with me for that purpose?

  1. Open the design
  2. Go to File > Share > Share public link
  3. Allow downloading
  4. Paste here in a response, or in a PM 

 

Be sure to include what steps you are taking or what workflow is triggering the crash.

Also, the viewer reports the design has no 3D geometry. Does it consist of sketch data only?

This is only a 2d sketch because that is all I need for cutting the outside
and engraving.

I don't have a paying subscription, so it wont let me make it downloadable.
I am trying to switch from fusion, and it wont let me export my files. this
program sucks.

Ok. Sorry to hear that.

 

You should be able to export designs using File > Export.

The crash you're getting indicates something related to your hardware. It's possible there's a graphics problem that's not obvious here, but is worth checking out.


Can you please try opening preferences, and switching to DX9? (or any of the other options shown on the dropdown menu below)
