Hello,

while opening a recent design I receive this error.
Could you help as to why I have this error.

The only way I have been able to open this was when I went into offline working mode.

Kind regards,

@Anonymous Are you still facing this issue opening the design? If so can you go to Help - Diagnostics and support - Get diagnostic logs files and attached the generated zip file here? It is likely not connecting to the backend to find the information needed to open the design but what exactly is failing should be in the logs.

Hello Yes I am still facing the issue.

Attached you will find the log files.

I also want to add here that all the parts used in my current design are present in the same folder & are accessible too.

Kind regards,

Hassan

@Anonymous Logs shows that there is a network error when trying to open this design. Can you please invite me into this project that has this design? rajDOTkumarDOTilanchelianATautodeskDOTcom.

@Anonymous Thank you for inviting me to the project. I can see the issue and am discussing with our development team on this. Can you please go to the project but using the web browser (essential open Fusion team) and check the trash can to see if there are any files that were accidentally deleted? The notification is about opening a missing reference and I am wondering if it was moved to the trash can due to a delete? This is only a speculation and if you can check that would be great. As I mentioned we will take a look at the issue as well.

@Anonymous I see that you have managed to open the design and also save multiple versions. Can you let us know what you did to get it to open? Just wondering if we need to do anything else on our side.

Hello,

Many thanks for your support.

As you suggested I went online and restored all the deleted files in Trash / Bin.

Surprisingly then it did open as normal.

It seems some of the modification which I made and later deleted caused it to not open at all. However this is a bit strange as all the deleted stuff in Trash was actually modifications in my original files such as projection / update sketch.

once again many thanks for your support.

Hello, I had the same problem and solved it by restoring files from trash. However, I didn't use these files in another files, I consider it is bug.
