fusion is lagging

well fuison starts to lag a lot a few week before it worcks just fine but now it freezes a lot ( video atached to help explain better) when i orbit it freezes for a second then worcks fine for 2 secs and freezes againg, then start to worck just fine 

pc specs 

Ryzen 3 1200 OC 3.7 ghz

16Gb ram 3200 mhz (OC)

RX580 8Gb 1450 mhz (stock) 

SSD m.2 256 gb (filled to half )

pls help im gona be crazy i already try all the comon fixes so pls help

Hi @pegurilucas,

What are you running in the background?

I would also ask if not modelling the threads (use the image) would make any difference - threads add a lot of faces for not much gain.

Are any other programs crashing, how hot is your processor? You've said It's OC which means heat can be an issue.

remeber that this problem is even when i just open the program

This exact problem has already started here... please lets just use one place where we will try to fix this.
