Fusion is crashing when trying to insert files from computer

Never prompts to send error report. When i try to insert and SVG dxf or any file from my computer the windows explorer never pops up. So i click the watch icon on the top right side and fusion crashes. I also cannot insert logo into drawings same thing happens.

@info9DN8E what is the last-used location that you expect Explorer to open to? Is it perchance network storage or removable media?

This sounds a bit like a permissions problem to me. If you wait, does a dialog asking for permission to access the files pop up? Can you share your log files here?
Do you ever use an external drive to save? It could be it's trying to default to that drive but unable to find it since it's been removed.

Reinstalled fusion and it fixed

This sounds like the old old bug where the last Save or Open was a drive\directory that's no longer available. Clean install will fix it or there's a fix in this post.
