Fusion Hobbyist - Marketo form error

I am new and am trying to download Fusion 360 as a hobbyist. I follow the links and go to fill in the form with my info and I get a drop down error indicating the forms page has an error. I have looked everywhere for a link, a chat or something to contact the webmaster but see nothing.

The drop down appears at url : autodesk.ca/en/products/fusion-360/personal-form

The error is: Marketo form error: failed to load IForms 2.0 Marketo API.

I have tried, explorer, Chrome and Brave browsers to see if it was a Browser incompatibility, all fail.

So perhaps someone here can contact the webmaster that knows more about the Autodesk site then I do, please.

This error prevents all downloads, so I cannot proceed until the error is cleared. Thanks

You're in the right place.  Apparently this is a known issue and is being addressed as I type this.  Stay tuned to this forum throughout the day for any updates.  I'll tag in @James.Youmatz so he is aware, and I'll modify the title of your post for clarity.  Welcome to the group!  🙂

I'm having the same issue this morning and I've not been able to renew my personal license despite multiple attempts during the past 2 weeks. Today I tried using a different computer and got the marketo form error.
