Fusion hobbyist license

I am looking to download the hobbyist version of Fusion 360. What are the requirements for elegibility to download? 

also I am looking for a program I can design and print 3D printed parts to sell as a small student hobby. What are the rules around this on the hobbyist license. 

if I am not allowed to do this which software could I use for my needs?
