This seems to be a frequent subject and I've tried many of the suggestions but to no avail.
My problem is like most, press the icon on the desktop, Fusion begins to start then hangs on a black screen.
I have uninstalled and reinstall several time with no improvement. In the App folder I deleted the Autodesk folder and then in Temp I deleted the neutron folder. Did another reinstall and exact same thing. One of the post suggested unplugging the internet and seting the files to read only. All that happened was Fusion cam back and said internet not connected, close the window and it sat there for about 1 minute then closed it self down. Tried this 3 times same result each time.
I have a brand new machine and am operating on 2 m.2 SSD drives. I wondering if that is the problem. But, the first time I install Fusion on this machine it booted up just fine, no issues except video. Put a new Nvida card in the system tested loading and it worked fine. Now 4 weeks later it doesn't want to work.
Any idea other than what is already on the message board?
