Fusion Freezes on macOS While Sketching Offset

This might be happening with this one file. It is certainly not the first time I've created an offset line in a sketch in the file. The video below shows the process to repeat the freeze.

When I create a sketch on a spur gear face, place a 3-point circle, attempt to create an offset of that circle, the app freezes completely (I cannot interact with the app and I get the macOS rainbow spinner). I have to force-quit Fusion 360.

System info:

  • Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max, 16-inch
  • macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 (24A348)
  • 64 GB Memory
  • 2 TB SDD (50% full)

You can use ,File->Export-> .f3d option.

Hey Sameer,

Attached the file. I left it in a state with the gears and the test stand for them. All of the rest of the components in the file have been hidden.

Cool! Thanks! Looking forward to finding out what causes it. I got around it by just creating another circle.
