Fusion forces an update of the operating system.

I am using a workstation on an xeon processor with windows 8.1 pro x64. After turning on the programme today, a message appeared to me:

The page clearly states that the programme can still be used until March 2023.

The message cannot be closed in any way. There is only a button to close the entire programme.
Autodesk, what are you doing? I cannot use the programme. You are really getting me to stop using your software and I am strongly considering switching to a competitor.

@ArchitRaV Apologies for this experience. We certainly are supporting Win 8.1 until end of Feb 2023. Can you please collect the log files from the below locations and send it to us? We have not deployed any changes that should impact this check. 

Using this link can you please collect the zip file and attached it here? If Fusion service utility does not launch (you can go into Uninstall Program - Select Fusion 360 and click on Modify - This should launch the service utility as well)

@ArchitRaV Thank you for the logs. Can you please post a screen grab of this registry? We are wondering if there is a missing value here that could be accidentally causing this but want to confirm.
