I have already renewed/updated my educator stuff. My profile is all good, when I visit my account and products and services, everything is fine. However the countdown in Fusion continues. I have tried reinstalling etc, but this does not appear to resolve. It will be VERY disruptive if I cannot access Fusion for the last week of school. I renewed via the banner notification around a month ago, so not sure if this has something to do with this.

Hi,

The renewal will be done when the current period is over and not before.

So wait, it will work.
