Fusion error message - locked out

Have been trying to fix this over the weekend and no luck. Nor sure what else to try

 

I have a subscription, I have a fabrication business and use it sporadically for sheetmetal and machined part design and drawings, 

I cant remember the last time I used it, probably about 2 weeks ago. where it worked perfectly. 

went to use it last week and it showed this error message, the error message keep reappearing so cant close it and i cant access any part of the program. 

Ive tried re installing, a clean uninstall and, Ive also tried reinstalling eagle. I cant wind back last windows 10 update as it was done over 10 days ago.

Really dont know what else to try and have no idea what could of changed in the time between uses, as I havent installed any new software or updates other than automatic windows updates.
