Fusion Electronics "print" issue with layer colours incorrect

In eagle I could generate an assembly drawing of my PCB with layers #17, #20, #31 and #51 turned on.

Now when I do this in fusion electronics the custom pink colour I have on my assembly drawing layer on  layer #51 does not show up as pink (shows as grey) when I type "print" into the command line and view the preview and PDF output. This is strange because it is shown as pink on my screen.

Any ideas as to what is going on? (See screenshots attached)
