fusion dont'start

As the title is days that I can not start fusion I tried in all ways the support can not help me because it is a personal license and therefore not covered by support I tried everything always remains stationary on the screen WELCOME LOGIN I do not know what to do at moment I uninstalled fusion but to my account fusion team accessing without problems someone can help me? thanksImmagine 2024-02-19 193857.png

Did you click on the Sign In button on your web browser and enter you Autodesk ID and password?  What was the next screen you received.  What is your operating system?

@xabxabeer @If clicking on the sign in does not launch the browser, then can you make another browser your default ? (Like Firefox or chrome etc). 

If that does not help then we will need your log files. 

From the image I assume this is windows and here is how to collect the logs. 

1. Go to add/remove programs 

2. Select Autodesk Fusion 

This will launch the Fusion service utility 

3 Run the gather system info 

4 This will generate two zip files 

 

Attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

Thanks for the quick reply I can not go beyond that screen does not go on the login page to the account to start fusion , I also tried with Explorer and Firefox nothing if you open the page of fusion teams de tutti i tre browser accedo tranquillamente ma non posso usare il software , i also tried to download a trial version of fusion 360 valid for 30 gg but even that does not work now on the page of fusion teams tells me that i still have 26 days of trial but no program on the computer

@xabxabeer From my original post can you collect log files that I requested in here? 

Clarity on "I downloaded the trial version of Fusion". So you were able to launch Fusion and see that you had 26 days of trial left? In that case when you clicked on sign in did it take you to a browser to login?

Ciao 

NO unfortunately I can not access from icon fusion while if I access from browser I can enter my account normally if I click on fusion icon remains on the login page and the software does not start if I try to start by clicking on a file inside the archive of my account I enclose all the files I found in the fusion installation folder . log i tried with service utility and collect system information but after 30 minutes it crashes and does not go further

@xabxabeer Thank you for the logs. Here is what we can try based on certain things I am seeing in the logs. 

1. Do you have multiple Autodesk logins by any chance?
2. Go to the browser and login to Fusion and then logout of that account
3. Go to add/remove programs - Look for Autodesk Identity Manager - Uninstall it
4. Restart your machine
5. Go to add/remove programs - Autodesk Fusion - Modify/change
6. This will launch the Fusion service utility 
7. Run the "Repair Fusion"
8. Start Fusion now and se if you are ablate go past the sign in page

What does multiple login in autodesk by any chance mean?

The result was the same "login page " image attached I can not understand why it does not work more fusion I am demoralized , if I create a new account with the name of my wife could change something ?

1. Go to registry key
2. Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\AdskIdentityManager.exe\

Delete the key you see in Red. Well, first do you see it and if so delete it. 

(I am thinking on the same machine if you create a new account it likely will work. Something is blocking the Identity manager to start up on this machine.). Let's try the above registry key first.

finally you started thanks without your help I would never have succeeded only that now in the various attempts that I had done uninstalling and installing fusion again I had also tried to install the trial version and I have 23 days later I will switch back to the version personal . I really don’t know how to thank you. But how was it possible that this happened? I ask only out of curiosity thanks again

@xabxabeer Glad to know that deleting the registry key worked for you. From what we understand it is some restriction that is placed likely by the OS may be that was blocking it. 

Regarding your statement about installing trial version versus another version. please note that the install itself is all the same. Your login will determine which entitlement you receive for Fusion. So you can login now with your other account safely.
