Fusion does not react / not start

Dear all,
I know there are a lot of related questions, but no post has helped me.

I am a student and would like to use Autodesk Fusion 360 (license by University).

I have already successfully registered and authorized myself (meaning: I have shown my student certificate) and downloaded the program (Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe).
After "installation" the program does not want to start. No reaction, not even an error message.
According to Troubleshooting I have updated my PC, used the Fusion cleaning tool and reinstalled the program again.
As mentioned above, I also searched the forum.

But all this did not help so far...
Since the project deadline is approaching, I'm now contacting you to get the program (hopefully) running.
Can you help me, please?

By the way, I use Windows 10 Pro (Version 10.0.19041, Build 19041), if that is important.

Please contact me, if you need any further information.

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Sven

You log file shows you do not have administrator rights to you computer during installation, lacking permissions to write to the registry.  I would log off and then log in as an administrator.  If you do not have an administrator account, search the internet on how to activate the Windows 10 default administrator account.  After this, using the administrator account, temporarily turn off User Access Control (UAC) before installation.  You probably should use the Fusion 360 Cleanup tool before trying an installation again.  Make sure you restart your system after it again always using an administrator account.
