Let’s see what you have.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

what is the nature of the failure?  Do you get an error?  What is the error?  What is in the design you are trying to export?  Are you willing to share it here?  That is the easiest way to get help - share the design.

It is just a plate with a 6mm diameter hole.
I did all the process and clicked "Export".
But it does not show anything afterwords and the file is not saved in the folder.
I could do this yesterday but it stop doing it this morning.
We have two accounts and I tired both, but it did not work.

If it was working yesterday, that's a good sign.  I know I can export as STEP a model that simple, but just to be sure, can you post that model here so I can try it?  Are you exporting from the Export menu in Fusion (as opposed to exporting it from A360/Fusion team via the web browser)?

I've seen this a number of times and the only solution i've found is to 'Clean uninstall'. In all cases the Logs show a QT Notify error and it would explain why the dialogs aren't working. it would be really helpful if you could upload your log files for investigation.
