fusion dead ends with login

tried to open fusion today this is the loop its stuck in was using it last night didnt restart my computer, after logging in it gives me the tutorial screen, keep in mind ive been using fusion since june, this programs constant reliance onn cloud certificates is frustrating and i want to know a a way i can get passed this screen. i cant create a new panel and it wont let me select my exsisting panels

just got this exact same problem, really need a fix, I have so many projects in the works right now !!
