Fusion crashing on startup

So this is fairly new, I used fusion just last week for another project and it worked just fine.

Now however i dont get past the big FUSION 360 logo on-screen before i just get the crash report box pop up.

I have tried:

- A clean uninstall and re-install (did not change anything).

- Graphics card driver updated (still nothing).

- Running Fusion in compability mode for windows 8 (this got the program to start showing the toolbars on the top, but the big fusion logo never went away, and it just took a bit longer before the program crashed).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(By the way, im using a educational license, if that changes anything)

@jls270999 Can you please check a couple of things?

1. In our backend I see that you have sent the crash but the latest ones are from Feb 10 using a build that is older than what we deployed. Can you confirm that you are using 2.0.9719? (Since you cannot start Fusion you can go to add/remove programs to check the version)

2. Can you also collect these log files per this article and attach here? Again, since you cannot launch Fusion this has to be done manually.

3. Can you please continue sending in the crash reports every time you get them?

I had used the datapanel.reload because all documents were read-only even though the capacity read 2 of 10 used.  It worked but the next day Fusion crashed on startup.  Today when it crashed I moved the report window to the side and tried to use the datpanel.reload again but it would not reset this time.  Logged out from within Fusion then restarted.  No crash and the editable documents match now with 2 editable.  Sounds like maybe Fusion is trying to sync with the cloud for what documents are editable not finding they match and then shutting down. (that's just a wild guess)

I honestly have no idea what version I am running, I just go to the My account>Products and services and download fusion with my educational license. I just sent in some more reports and will keep on doing so.

I have attached 3 of the Application log files here.
I will make another reply with 3 more, those are all the ones I currently have in the shown folder.

Im not sure exactly how to do that, but i cant just move the crash report and do something in Fusion since it does not even manage to get past the "loading screen" with the fusion logo. So the only functions i have available is close and minimize to tray etc.

So I have been having this issue for a while, around 3 weeks ago the program worked just fine, but now it keeps crashing at the same spot every time I launch it.

Im running version 2.0.9719 of Fusion.

@jls270999 Can you disconnect your internet, launch Fusion and see if it starts? If it does can you then connect back to the internet and see what the experience is? The logs attached did not show much and it looks like a crash trying to connect to to services but that is a guess at this time. The internet test would be useful.

@jls270999 I see that you are on Windows 10. Do you have any scaling set up? If you do can you see if changing them makes a difference? Also are you connected to multiple monitors any change?
