Fusion crashing on startup (developer.api.autodesk.com/health)

Hello,
after win10 update Fusion360 start to crash on start up.
What was done:
1 several times reinstall Fusion (7-10 times)
2 manual folders cleaning according to the article (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...
3 trying to Repair Fusion 360, Reset Fusion 360 and Uninstall Fusion 360 in service utility menu.
4 uninstalling Fusion using RevoUninstaller soft with folder/files/registry "tails" cleaning
What did I mention:
1 Network diagnostic test stucks on https://developer.api.autodesk.com/health step
2 Gather system info function start to use up to 10Gb RAM and also crashes
License type: commercial
PC: HP ZenBook
Win10x64
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10850H CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz
16Gb RAM
