Fusion crashes when trying to save

Fusion is so slow and utterly useless. Almost every time I try to save some changes fusion crashes. Basically all my progress vanishes. This has happened on different computers but within the same project (preformance shouldnt be an issue). Are there any reasons for this? I am unable to continue working because of this.

Thanks

My guess is that you are making the most common mistake that I see posted here on the Fusion forums.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply and end all doubt?

Id love to, but I am unable to both locally export the file nor save it to the cloud.

Less complicated designs I am able to export. I have been trying to save separate parts individually, and this works quite well. But I also need a design with the whole assembly. And it is in this design where I am having big issues. Fusion has been a pain in my ass when handling somewhat more "complex" designs.

My guess is that you are using computationally expensive techniques rather than computationally efficient techniques.

Can you at least show a screen capture of sketches.

(on Windows you can use the Windows commands Shift Win S to get a screen capture and Ctrl v to Paste into a Reply here.  Not sure how to do screen captures on Mac, but there must be a way as I see it done here all the time).

I am under the impression that nothing really happens. Prosessor usage is at steady around 16% and RAM usage is at steady 60%.
