Fusion crashes during startup

Since today, Fusion 360 crashes during startup without any further hint what might be wrong.

I see the render view but tool bar; after approximately 10 seconds, the programs stops.

Yesterday everything was still allright.

I can see the following entry in one of the log files:

20220426T003235 E 18336 Network failed request - response NOT OK:
URI:https://developer.api.autodesk.com/fhq/v1/spaces?type=FLC&fusionId=urn:adsk.fusion:scope:2d33962e-cf...
...X-Request-ID: ContentBrowser_764b7594-dd81-42d8-95a6-cf961929fb16__GET_FLC_URN_GET_FLC_URN
...response: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

System is Win 11.

I experience the same problem on two different machines.

So maybe related to my account?

@rwe1812 Can you please go to your add/remove programs:

1. Select Fusion 360
2. Notice which version of Fusion is stalled?

3. Then click on Modify
4. This should bring up the Fusion 360 service utility
5. Run the "gather system info" - Attach the diagnostics logs.zip file here
6. Then run a repair Fusion 360

See if now you are back to launching the product successfully?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The installed version is 2.0.12887.

The repair has helped. Still wondering why I had this problem on both my machines at the same time?

@rwe1812 Glad the repair helped. With this you should now be in 2.0.12888 version. As to why the crash happened in the first place, it is very difficult to know. The log files may have some answers but we have to dig a bit more to understand what caused it.

Hi there

I have the exact same issues on my Mac M1 max, can anyone PM me or any AutoDesk admin help?

I have tried at least uninstall and install over 50x times and I don't wanted to use my old windows desktop which is too slow to some of my PhD modelling. Please advise

@Gig23 Right now I assume that you are seeing a crash on launch of Fusion 360?

1. Go to launch pad and find Fusion 360 service utility

2. Select gather system info - It will generate a diagnostic log file that you can attach here

3. In the same utility, run the "Repair Fusion 360"

Let us know if this helps.
