I really like working with fusion in theory. The UI and Userflow is great and it has almost every functionality I need as a designer. It is however constantly getting more unstable. It's getting really ridiculous. And please don't tell me to send you my files or anything, you all know, this software is just a mess. SO pleeeeeaaaaassse hire some more senior devs. The expensive ones, who didn't just finish a 4 weeks crashcourse. Actual software engineers with actual experience, who have been doing this for several years. AI and self taught coders are a big help in scaling thins, but they cannot develop a stable, complex software like fusion alone. Please, please, please fix this!
Just a few entries in the very long list of ridiculous crashes I have had in the last 2 hours alone:
- Opening the properties editor in a Fusion design
- Opening the dialog for choosing a version in a Fusion drawing
- Pasting a text from clipboard to a text field in a Fusion drawing
- Updating references in an assembly
- Adding a new revision to a revision history table in a fusion drawing
Most of this shouldn't even need a lot of computing. It's not even complex stuff, these are the basics. So again: Please stop releasing new stuff and just make this smoking mess of a software stable enough to actually work with it.
