Fusion crashed at start on MAC Mini M1

As of today, I can no longer launch Fusion. Immediately after the "splash screen" the error report to send is displayed.
Error: unhandled exception
Version 2.0.10253

I have already done a manual clean uninstall and a reinstall. Still I cannot start Fusion.

Does anyone have a suggestion for troubleshooting?

Hi,

Thanks for posting. The crash reports you sent don't have much information I can use. Would it be possible for you to gather diagnostic logs?

Are you using two monitors?

Hi,

thank you for your response. I don't use a second Monitor. I use a Philips PHL346P1C connected via HDMI, resolution is 3440x1440.

attached you find the log files.

I can't provide a Web Service Log File because there is no sub directory Web Services in Macintosh HD>Users>***>Library>Application Support>Autodesk>

There are some clues here.

The applog shows a bunch of library files are not present or corrupted

The installation log (webdeploy) shows  [ERRNO 8] which is related to network settings.

Please do a full clean uninstall, then try this:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus...

Then do another installation.

The only other forum post that is similar is this:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/cant-install-on-m1-mac-mini/m-p/10265637

In that case the user uninstalled/reinstalled several times, without making any changes to network settings. That indicates a possible spotty/intermittent connection.

Thank you very much.

after x times deinstallation, cleaner runs and new installations fusion 360 starts. Don't ask why it now works. I don't know. I change nothing in my network settings.
