MY PC:

ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 

WINDOWS 11

All controllers updated from windows and graphics and fusion last updated version

AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz

32GB RAM

NVIDIA GFORCE RTX 3070 LATOP GPU 8GB

I HAVE MY COMPUTER SET TO HIGH PERFORMANCE GRAPHICS on control panel and windows.

fusion to run direct 11 and limit efects.

Hi group, 

Im writing because for the past 6 months i have been facing a lot of crashes and freezings with fusion.

I have to restart fusion like 30 times a day on 10 hour journeys.

It happens with complex models and with simple models on very different scenarios. 

I tried to unistall, reinstaill fusion, clear cache, repair it etc. Nothing works. Also closes randomly and doesnt show any id failing codes.

I have always to open task manager and close it from there every time it freezes and crash.

Its becoming a nightmare for me to work on fusion. 

Other problem im having is that in a certain file at histroy design, if i pass that step forward crashes contstantly at same spot of the tree no matter what.

Also my editable library has no preview image and keeps showing v1 and loding circle.

 

Thank you very much and hope that my case helps anyone who is facing the same problems.

 

I updtade my log file.

I see you utilise the non-commercial license? Do you have access to another PC or Mac?

@ferpulidosiete Are you sending in the crash reports to Autodesk? If so can you let us know a report ID so that we can find your reports inside the system and analyze them?

Hi Sir,

90% of the times my fusion crashes doesnt generate any pop up window looking for solutions and id number. 

But yesterday it closed suddenly and the window appeared with this report ID: 763693236

However my major concern is that freezes and crashes very often without explanation thats why i updated my log files.

Maybe something is corrupted on my profile or in my library, i dont know.

Can you try updating to the latest version of Fusion 2.0.19426?  There was a fix in that version for crashes related to the report ID you posted.
