Fusion 360 won't start (i don't see an interface window)

I'm trying to load fusion 360 for education, but main window doesn't seem to appear, the process Fusion360.exe remains in taskmanager tho.

I'm not using Windows Insider Preview builds.

The system specifications are as follows:

Windows 10 corporate

Version 2004

Build 19033.1

Intel core processor i7-9700 3.0 GHz

Memory 32 Gb

Graphic card - Nvidia quadro p1000

I've tried clean fusion uninstall, windows update, start as administrator.

Can you please use the link below and get the log files and attache it here, please. This might help us look into what the issue could be.

I've found Installation Log Files and Web Services Log File and attached them. 

Application Log Files were not found, because there is no Autodesk Fusion 360 folder there in C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\ directory. Thank you.

The problem is solved.

I've updated windows to 19041 build and everything seems fine for now.
