Fusion 360 Won't Open in Collaboration Environment

Attached is a screenshot of the error message I get when trying to open a Fusion file in the collaboration environment. If I do a proper uninstall and re-install per the instructions will I loose any Fusion files I have on my laptop? I understand that all of my cloud files will still be there if I do this but am concerned because when I tried to open Fusion 360 cleaner there's a  message saying any Fusion files on my system would be deleted. Am I reading this correctly?

Thanks.

Hey oldtbone55,

The message means that only files on your local drive (cache) will be deleted. The only way you'll lose any data is if any of those files haven't been uploaded to the cloud yet.

This happens automatically every few minutes, so it's unlikely you have files that haven't been uploaded yet. All you need to do is close F360, and if you see a dialog warning you that some files haven't been saved to the cloud yet, just wait until they're up and you should be fine to do a clean uninstall / reinstall.

If you close F360 and you don't get any such warning, that means everything on your machine is synced with what's on the cloud.

Thanks Jonathan. I thought that was the case but I've had some funny things happen so I didn't want to take a chance. 😁
