Fusion 360 will not start on M1 Macs

The latest version of Fusion 360 will not launch on any device we have tried today.  This includes three different M1 macs running different version of macOS 14.  I'm not sure where to start since we have removed everything and reinstalled, tried the repair, etc.  Is there anyone that can look at some diagnostics or something?  It's impacting our students.

@e08701 I assume the install is fine but you cannot launch?

1. Can you share if you get an error message or such when launching?
2. Also logs on these machines will help

Go to Launchpad - Fusion service utility - gather system info - attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

We are not receiving an error message, the app just quits responding and you have to force quit it.  I will say I'm pulling logs from my machine and it is on a beta version of 14, but the other devices with the same issues are not on beta versions.  It appears I cannot gather system info because it freezes up and quits responding as well.

@e08701

1. If you connect to a different network (say your hotspot ) does that make a difference?

2. Can you look at this article to collect the logs manually?

We will need the install, Application and service logs , please.

Sorry for the delayed response.  We were able to get it to work.  We had been using an installer previously which installed the application to the /Library folder.  Even though it was getting the newest version, it would not run.  I downloaded the new installer and it is now installing back into the Applications folder and is working.  We had been using the other installer for several years now and had not had issues until this latest version.
